Terms & Conditions (Summary)

1. Account & Age Requirements

Riders must be at least 18 years old to book a ride with  Aca's Move LLC account. Unaccompanied minors (under 18) are not permitted to take rides without an adult  .

2. Behavior & Conduct

No smoking, vaping, use of drugs, or alcohol inside the vehicle  .

No weapons allowed during rides, and zero tolerance for threatening or violent behavior .

Must treat drivers and other riders respectfully; discrimination based on race, religion, disability, etc., is prohibited  .

 

3. Safety & Assistance

Service animals are always allowed; wheelchair-accessible rides are available in eligible regions .

Children can ride only with adult supervision, and child seats must be provided by the rider in accordance with local laws .

4. Ride Changes & Cancellations

Riders can make multiple stops, but should consider driver time and may need to end the ride and start a new one for longer detours  .

Health and safety: both riders and drivers can cancel without penalty if they feel unsafe (e.g., mask rules)

5. Privacy & Information Sharing

 shares rider details (name, photo, rating, pick-up/drop-off) with drivers to facilitate pickups  .

Personal data may also be shared with service providers, law enforcement (if required), or for targeted advertising under privacy laws .

6. Liability Disclaimer

Aca's Move LLC is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or left behind in the vehicle.

Passengers travel at their own risk. While we ensure a safe ride, Aca's Move LLC is not liable for injuries caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., road accidents caused by third parties).

You agree to ride at your own risk. We do our best to ensure safety, but  Aca's Move LLC is not legally responsible for:

Delays caused by traffic, weather, or third parties. You agree not to sue or hold the company or driver liable unless there is clear evidence of intentional harm or gross negligence.

7. Enforcement Measures

Violations (e.g., weapons, smoking, harassment) can lead to ride termination, financial penalties, account suspension, or lifetime bans  .Riders may be banned unilaterally if they receive multiple complaints or violate community guidelines, often without detailed explanation .

8. Cancellations and No-Shows

Passengers must cancel rides at least [24 hours/ 30 minutes]in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

No-shows will be charged the full fare.

9. Legal Notice

By booking or entering Aca's Move LLC vehicle, you agree not to hold the company or its drivers legally liable for delays, missed appointments, or indirect damages.

Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts Laws.
